Description and application

Hygienic outlet grilles are used in low and medium-pressure extract air ventilation installation in rooms with high hygiene requirements, such as operating rooms. Primary task hygienic outlet grilles is to prevent entry of pollutants into the ventilation ducts, typical for operating room (so-called catcher dressing materials like lignin). The construction of the grille is adapted to frequently disassembly in order to thoroughly clean.

Material and workmanship

All components of grille are made of stainless steel (type 1.4301 or 1.4404). Front expanded mesh provides optimum clearance, and also the appropriate mesh density that is required to catch small scraps like lignin. Mounting frame is equipped with a slot damper, which adjustment is possible after disassembling mesh. On request it is also possible to make grille with filter (in this option in place of the damper is mounted additional mesh).
