Ventilation systems in industrial, public and residential buildings require special elements for supplying fresh air to the interior of the building, which include an external ventilation grille – weather grille.

These characteristic elements of HVAC systems are equipped with a series of fixed or adjustable slats on which a protective mesh is installed to protect the interior of the system from the ingress of dirt, birds and rodents. They form a functional and aesthetic completion of the ventilation and air conditioning system.

Product variety – weather grilles

We offer weather protection grille CzS-A, which has the following features, among others:
• variety in terms of usable area and free space depending on design requirements,
• rectangular shape with parameters adapted to a specific duct or ventilation opening,
• can be used both as a supply and exhaust air element,
• possibility of mounting directly on the wall surface or in a ventilation opening,
• equipped with a protective net against birds, rodents and large insects,
• special slat shape that prevents rainwater from entering the ventilation duct,
• blinds with fixed or controlled slats.

Each of our weather protection grilles can also be made of acid-resistant stainless steel or aluminum, depending on the conditions of use.

Customized products

Ventilation systems have different designs, often depending on the specific conditions of the building, industrial hall or type of production, which is why the weather protection grilles we offer can take on unusual shapes and large dimensions.

We also offer:
• ZSR wall blinds, equipped with a manual or electric adjustment system.
• Weather grilles with smaller slats – CzS-M
• Weather grilles for fastening instead of double glazing – CzP

All models we offer are available in a powder-coated finish in a selected shade from the RAL palette and can thus be matched to the color of the wall or building facade. Weather grilles with slats are a product that perfectly complements the entire ventilation system, providing protection against external influences and at the same time combining functionality with aesthetic appearance.
